The Quintero Londres Extra is a bold, full-bodied Petit Corona Cuban cigar. The cigar is on the smaller side, at 4.8” in length with a ring gauge of 40. It is rolled from the world-famous Vuelta Abajo and Semi-Vuelta Cuban tobacco, and the smooth, oily wrapper is a stunning Colorado reddish brown.
The cold draw is noticeably peppery on the nose, with a hint of spice at the foot. Once lit, the draw is firm, and the cigar burns well with no need for touch ups. The first third of the cigar is heavy on the tobacco taste, with oak notes on top. The second third brings a unique walnut aroma over earthy base tones—the final third rounds out the flavors with a smokey creaminess that leaves a pleasant aftertaste.
