The Club Lata is one of Montecristo’s most unique offerings. This 3.8’’, 22 ring gauge cigarillo is rolled in a Panetela format. Despite its small size, it is still rolled with Montecristo’s signature blend of Cuban tobacco from the Vuelta Abajo region. The cigar is machine rolled but with the same high-quality and smokability as hand-rolled Montecristos.
The cigar burns quickly and evenly when lit and emits spicy notes on the first draw. During the first half of the smoke, the cigar’s flavor is mild, with wood tones and just a hint of the spice from the cold draw. In the second half, the flavor develops earthy tones with notes of sweet licorice. The Club Lata cigarillo will only last about 10 minutes, so it is the perfect quick smoke for a break from work, on a brief stroll, or in between holes on the course.
